Service Description

BimbiBook generates personalized children’s books using AI. You provide story details, we generate a unique PDF book.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By using BimbiBook, you confirm you are a parent or legal guardian creating a book for a child in your care.

Orders and Delivery

After payment, your book is generated automatically. The digital PDF is typically available within 5 minutes. Delivery is complete when the PDF is available for download.

Pricing

All prices are shown in CHF and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.

Refund Policy

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if your book has not yet been generated. Once generation starts, the digital product is considered delivered and the right of withdrawal expires (EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m); Swiss Code of Obligations Art. 40e). Refund requests can be sent to [email protected].

Generated Content

All book content is AI-generated. While we apply safety filters, we cannot guarantee content is free from errors or unexpected outputs. You may review the book before sharing it.

AI Disclosure

Story text and illustrations are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI, Anthropic). No human author or illustrator is involved. This is disclosed on every generated book.

Intellectual Property

You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the generated book for private purposes. You may print and share it as a gift. Commercial redistribution is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BimbiBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the book.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Baden, Switzerland. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. The version at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
